Made in June was founded by Natalie Grace in Chicago, IL. Her interest in art and fashion began at a young age, dedicating much of her time teaching herself to walk in heels, styling herself in her mother's clothing, and sketching design concepts while exploring her fascination with the structure and beauty of the human figure. Her intuitive eye for illustration guided her efforts towards a prospective career in the field of fashion, and at age fourteen she officially embarked upon a college preparatory fashion education.

Natalie has formally studied fashion design for over six years, spending time at prestigious institutions such as The School of the Art institute of Chicago and Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. After studying Africana Studies and Anthropology at Augustana College, she founded Made in June at age nineteen.

Natalie's diverse interests in the arts and social sciences serve equally as inspiration for her line. She views Made In June as a visual ode to the month of June. "I find that there is an unmatched sense of femininity and romance that occurs and comes to fruition during the summer months," she says. Her collection is a unique and youthful twist on American sportswear that maintains an effortless wearability.

"In the midst of winter, I found within me, an invincible summer."
